Shanna redefined our expectations of a realtor. In addition to being extremely adept at her profession, she made herself extremely flexibile in working with our difficult schedules. She was always available at a moments notice, with never more than 5 minutes passing before addressing a concern. I am not for sure, but I suspect, I am probably the only client of Joe Janiczek who has searched the longest for their home. My quest for a home began in 2019 during the pandemic. The home buyer's market and entire phenomena during that time was viscious. And I refused to get caught in the web of overly priced houses and ridiculously escalating interest rates. I made up my mind I would not have buyer's remorse. The market's up and down have been brutal and quite fickle. In these past years there were times I've felt so defeated by this ordeal of finding the " right home". Hector never said no to a touring I wanted to see, he saw me and my husband every single day for 3 weeks straight touring 3-4 houses a day until we found “the one”.
